Rate increases made during the 2023-2024 budget process became effective July1, 2023. ORWD bills for the previous month's water, so these new rates will be reflected in the billing that is received in August 2023 for the July 2023 water.

Otter Rock Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
