District Assets

All property of Otter Rock Water District belongs to the people of the district. The district’s property includes:

  • Our three springs
  • Two reservoirs, one larger (300,000 gallons) and one smaller (30,00 gallons)
  • Our water distribution system, including fire hydrants
  • The Otter Rock community center, which also houses our district office.
