EPA  Water System Inventory

The Environmental Protection Agency, a federal agency, has issued a mandate to all states that all water systems must inventory the piping material used in their water system to identify if there are any lead pipes in use. In the state of Oregon, OHA (Oregon Health Authority) is in charge of water systems.

As of June 2025 Otter Rock Water District has completed the inspection of all the water connections in our system and no service lines were found to have lead piping. A completed inventory has been submitted to OHA. There is no lead used in any of the pipes of the main distribution system.

The completed 2025 inventory is available below as well as our inital inventory from 2024.
